By commissioning me, you accept the terms stated below.
General
✦ The commission form is to be filled out completely with all the details needed and any reference images.
✦ I reserve the right to deny any commission.
✦ Please make sure you have checked that my style of work fits the criteria you’re after before ordering, this you can view on my twitter or under the portfolio tab on my website.Payments and Refunds
✦ All prices and payments are in GBP Great British Pound.
✦ Either full payment or 50% of the final amount will be required before I add you to the queue unless discussed otherwise.
✦ Prices may change depending on how detailed the commission is.
✦ I accept Paypal only which will be an invoice to the email you provide to me in the order form.
✦ A 5% fee is applied to every order received to cover software subscriptions and paypal fees. This will automatically be applied to the final commission total.
✦ If I agree to split the payments in chunks I will complete work in order of instalments that have been discussed.
✦ If an order has been started and the client wants a refund, the max amount sent back would be 50%.
✦ A full refund will only be possible if there is a reason on my end that I cannot fulfill the order.
✦ If you have not responded to the commission process within 21 days with no warning to me, I will cancel your commission with no refunds.Commercial Rights and Licenses
✦ All commissioned work is intended only for personal non-commercial use.
✦ If you wish to use the commissioned work for profit (merch or stickers etc) please reach out and discuss with me so we can come to an agreement.
✦ A Commercial license can be purchased for an additional 50% of the total commission price.
You or any other designer have no rights to edit my work unless it is to animate an emote I have drawn for you. To which please inform me you are getting this done before you proceed with doing so.
✦ If there is anything you want edited further down the line contact me but please be aware there will be a small fee.
✦ I, StealthyLu, disclaim any responsibility for copyright issues. By providing material (artwork, references, fonts etc) for me to use, the client guarantees the correct licenses.Commission process
✦ Make sure you gather all your reference images and inspiration before filling out the form as well as detailed notes.
I will then contact you within 24 hours of receiving your form with a quote for your commission and to discuss any deadlines (if needed) or other details.
✦ After the desired payment method has been discussed, agreed and invoice has been paid i will add you to my live commissions queue where you can track the progress.
✦ Revisions will only be accepted in the sketch/placement stage.
✦ At each stage of the commission (sketch, line, placement, theme, color etc) I send updates for approval before going to the next stage. Please note I will not go back to a previous stage after you’ve approved one so make sure you’re 100% happy before I proceed.
✦ Once the first piece of a Twitch Package is approved I will only do MINOR changes after, so please make sure you take your time in reviewing the piece before approving.
✦ Once all assets have been approved I will send in the email provided and after any outstanding payments have been made. So please make sure the email you put on the form is correct.
✦ A complimentary watermarked version of your commission will be sent for you to use safely on social media.
✦ I am allowed to post the finished commission product. Please do inform me immediately if you need this to be a secret.Time frame
✦ Firstly please do not rush me or constantly message about updates, I need time and patience to complete the work.
✦ Secondly I work full time and do commissions around my shifts and daily life, so please be aware and extra patient with me.
✦ Please note I have other clients and I will prioritize in the order I have in my commissions queue.
✦ My turnaround time for commissions is 3 weeks - 8 weeks however some commissions may take longer which may extend the time frame. This isn't always the case and if the commission time is sooner I will inform you straight away.
✦ You can track all the progress in the queue as I do it in order.
✦ The client can request a priority slot that will require an add-on fee of 50% of the commission price.
✦ If there is a personal or a technical reason as to a delay or i cannot complete your order you will be informed as soon as possible.
✦ You can ask for a rough ETA on your commission.
✦ It is important to remember that delivery times may change whilst you are on the list.
